We only collect data that is strictly necessary to operate Bot features. Here is a full breakdown:

We do not collect: message content, server member lists, voice data, passwords, or any sensitive personal information.

Your data is stored in a secured MySQL database hosted on our private server. Access is restricted to the Bot's backend only. We use standard security practices to protect stored data from unauthorised access. Puzzle session tokens are short-lived and automatically deleted after use.
When you link your Discord account via the 📻 button on the TB FM Bot page, you are redirected to Discord's official OAuth2 flow. We request only the identify scope — this gives us your username and user ID. We do not request access to your servers, messages, friends list, or any other data. You can revoke this authorisation at any time from your Discord Settings → Authorized Apps.
Your linked account data is retained until you request deletion. Your news subscription data is removed when you run /mynews off. To request full deletion of all data associated with your Discord ID, email us at business@tamilbrothers.dev with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 days.
TB FM Bot is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
